This app didnt even open. It crashes in the loading time. How can i got my money back??? Is it possible??? (O aplicativo nem abre. Ele trava no carregamento. Como posso recuperar meu dinheiro? Isso é posssível?

it fails from the beginning! 5,49€ for nothing?!
The app wont launch, the website link doesnt go anywhere and the support link goes to some video conversion tool. Things are looking sketchy, would like my money back.

There really needs to be a refund process or trial process in the itunes store for situations like this.
Not currently working with Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and iTunes 10.4
Newest version is still not working. The app opens, but just sits there with a spinning color wheel. I have to force quit the app to exit.

I guess that apple quit checking programs to see if that they at least do someone besides crash. Tried it several times if that was a way to get a refund I would be first inline.
Colour wheel spins for awhile, then shows no music found. I let it sit for about 20 minutes, main window stays blank, but random song data shows up in the right slide out window, makes no sense. This is the second app I have bought today that does not work at all. I had the impression that the app store provided a quality service, wrong, this app store is no different than any other web download site, buyer beware.
